This Pricing Policy sets out our commitment to provide transparent fees for use of OpAlert and any associated service through https://opalert.com.au or via our handheld device apps (our Applications) or directly from you.

Please read this Pricing Policy carefully.  Please contact us if you have any questions.

You providing us with personal information indicates that you have had sufficient opportunity to access this Pricing Policy and that you have read and accepted it.

If you do not wish to provide personal information to us, then you do not have to do so, however it may affect your use of our Applications or any products and services offered on them.

 

  1.     Collection of fees

Collection of assistant and anaesthetists fees are performed on a monthly basis. The calculation is based on the number of cases you have performed through OpAlert multiplied by the fee charged.

At the end of every month, you will receive an invoice and your nominated credit card will be billed automatically.

  1.     Dispute of fees

Should you dispute the invoice of the fees charged by OpAlert, you may be entitled to a refund if an error has been made. All disputes should be directed to the below contact information.

  1.     OpAlert limited liability

OpAlert is not responsible for misleading, false or incorrect information given to OpAlert by a Surgeon, Assistant or Anaesthetist. OpAlert is not responsible for lost wages or monies owed to you after completing a case or list.

  1.     Change of fees

Periodically, your fees may change. This may include periods where promotions or vouchers are given as the result of a competition or giveaway. These are not to be used for any other purpose than for your personal use and cannot be transferred. Should your fees change, you will be notified no later than 2 weeks prior to any change. Use of OpAlert after this time constitutes acceptance of the change of fees, and these fees cannot be disputed.

  1.     Complaints about breach

If you believe that any laws or policies have been breached, you are instructed to contact us immediately so an appropriate rectification can be made.

  1.     Unsubscribe

To unsubscribe from our e-mail database, or opt out of communications, please either follow the links included in our communications or contact us at the details below.

 REFUNDS

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please make contact with OpAlert using the details below and we will attend to your case. Refunds will be provided in the event of an error made due to OpAlert. No refunds will be given due to change of details from a Surgeon. Falsified information may result in recovery action being undertaken.
